Transportation from Denver International Airport
The easiest and most convenient way to travel through the state of Colorado is of course by renting a car. However, there are robust public transportation options to get from Denver to Boulder. The most direct is the RTD Bus via route AB1, which picks up at DIA and drops off in downtown Boulder. Fare is 10.50 one way, and tickets an be purchased head of time using the RTD Mobile Ticketing App.
Ubers and other ridesharing apps are likely reliable from Denver/Boulder/Longmont. However, they are unreliable within Lyons itself, so be wary of that if planning around rideshare services!
